Vantage Bridgend (CWL4), former Ford engine plant

Bridgend's Special Development Control Committee approved the hybrid application on 2 October 2025, subject to the conditions in the officer report and amendment sheet. Building 1 has full permission; the other nine buildings have outline permission, so each still needs reserved matters, and members asked for those to come back to committee. I did not find a decision notice or any later change. [S1] [S2] [S3] [S4]
